Shipping Policy
All orders ship from our facility in Phoenix, Arizona.
Processing time
- In-stock orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Pre-order items ship when the product is released. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, it ships together when everything is available unless you ask us to split it.
Rates and delivery
- Standard shipping (3–5 business days): flat $8. Express shipping (1–2 business days): flat $15.
- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $150.
- Every order ships with tracking. You will get a tracking number by email when your order ships.
- High-value orders may require a signature at delivery.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, email orders@pokepakz.com for a quote.
Packaging
Sealed product is packed in sturdy boxes with padding to protect corners and seals during transit.
Lost or damaged packages
- If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your package arrives damaged, email orders@pokepakz.com with your order number and photos.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim and send a replacement or refund once it is approved.
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the buyer.
